| REGION 10 NEWS Costa Rica native wins ‘dream’ prize in ASCE’s Dream Big contest “For three days I was jumping up and down,” said Rocio Rodriguez of his reaction to learning he was picked as one of three dream prize winners in ASCE’s Dream Big contest, celebrating ASCE’s forthcoming IMAX film. A structural engineer from Costa Rica who now works for Siemens in Orlando, FL, Rodriguez won a trip to attend an exclusive rough-cut screening of the Dream Big film in Laguna Beach, CA.
